Planning & Design Services
Sugar Mama Weddings believes that every bride and wedding are UNIQUE, as are their needs, desires, and budget. We don't offer cookie cutter "Package Deals" for our clients in Planning & Design Services.
As a general rule of thumb, calculate planning & design to be 20% of your total budget. For a $25K budget, expect to spend $5K for planning and design services.

"Day of Wedding" Services
Sugar Mama Weddings offers "Day of Wedding" Services to brides that have planned their own weddings, but need help on the "Special Day" to ensure that all goes smooth.
Directing Service - Rehearsal, Ceremony $300.00
Half Day Coorination/Direction (5 Hours) $500.00
All Day Coorination/Direction (10 Hours) $1,000.00

The Wedding Planner
In the past, Wedding Planners or Consultants were thought as a luxury, but today they are a necessity! You can't afford NOT to have one.
It is their mission to save you money, time, and stress. They are experts, just like your accountant or attorney, and it is your best interest that they are protecting.

SAVE MONEY: Planners work within your budget to find appropriate venues, vendors, and decor suitable to that budget. Sugar Mama Weddings has worked with budgets ranging from six hundred to six figure weddings.
SAVE TIME: The latest statistic is that each bride spends over 250 hours to plan and prepare for her wedding day. The role of the Wedding Planner is to eliminate most of the time consuming tasks. Do you have the time to search online or run to and fro to find that perfect shade of blue satin ribbon for the favor boxes? We DO! That is what we are here for! Use YOUR time for other things. Leave the rest to us.
